CAPACITY
STUDIO 38 M/2 It consists of a living/bedroom with two beds of 90x190 or one bed of 150x190. It also has a sofa bed for one or two people.
Full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen are separate. Comfortable for 2/3 people and up to (a maximum of 4 upon request).
AMENITIES
Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, WIFI, and a Smart TV with Spanish and international channels. All apartments come with a washing machine, toaster, microwave, iron, ironing board, etc., as well as the necessary kitchenware, cutlery, and linens according to their capacity.

There are 2 fenced parking areas with fully free covered parking spaces (maximum 1 vehicle per unit).
