GENERAL CONDITIONS
Arrival time: Customers will pick up their keys at the location indicated at the time of booking, where they will receive an envelope with the necessary information.
Company personnel: Our team will be available throughout your stay to resolve any issues that may arise in your accommodation.
Parking remotes: For customers arriving with their own vehicle, a single parking remote control will be provided per apartment with a deposit of €20, which will be refunded upon return.
Pet policy: It is mandatory to inform if you will be traveling with your dog, cat, or other animal at the time of booking or in any case upon arrival, to assign you an apartment prepared for this purpose. If the customer requests, a dog or cat mattress will be provided. In any case, a surcharge of €30 per pet for the entire stay will apply.
Deposits: The company reserves the right to request a deposit of €200 per apartment upon the customer's arrival, in order to guarantee the proper use of the housing and respect for the community of neighbors. This amount will be refunded on the day of departure after inspecting the apartment and provided that there are no reasons for non-refund. Customers may report any incidents or defects that may exist in the apartment at the time of occupancy upon arrival, and in the case of late arrival, they must do so the next morning.
