CAPACITY

APARTMENT 2-D: It features a living/dining room with a spacious sofa that can be converted into two beds. Two fully equipped bedrooms, each with two beds measuring 90x190 and a wardrobe in each room (some units have one of the bedrooms equipped with a larger 150x190 bed). A complete bathroom and a separate fully equipped kitchen.

Ideal for 4/5 people, with a maximum capacity of 6.

AMENITIES

Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, WIFI, and a Smart TV with Spanish and international channels. All apartments come with a washing machine, toaster, microwave, iron, ironing board, etc., as well as the necessary kitchenware, cutlery, and linens according to their capacity.

There are 2 fenced parking areas with fully free covered parking spaces (maximum 1 vehicle per unit).
