Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, WIFI, and a Smart TV with Spanish and international channels. All apartments come with a washing machine, toaster, microwave, iron, and ironing board, etc., as well as the necessary kitchenware, cutlery, and linens according to their capacity.

There are 2 fenced parking lots with completely free covered parking spaces (maximum 1 vehicle per apartment).
